1. RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A $300 deposit is due at time of booking.
2. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: An additional $300 deposit is due one month before reservation. This deposit is refundable ten (10) days after stay where no damage identified by our management company review. Additional deposit required for pets; please enquire.
3. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Additional charges will be due for Pet Damage and each infraction of the Smoking, and/or Parking Prohibitions disclosed under the Terms & Conditions above. These matters are monitored closely by our management company.

1. Rates are available for Daily or Weekly (7 Night) Stays.
2. Weekly Rental Arrive Saturday at 4PM, Depart following Saturday by 10AM.
3. 7 Night Rental include Cleaning Charge, Internet, and Pool Heat.
4. For stays less than 7 Nights: (A) a $99 Flat Fee cleaning charge applies, (B) Pool Heat can be added for $35 per night, (C) Internet can be added for $10 per night.
5. Meals are NOT INCLUDED.
6. Tickets to any attractions are NOT INCLUDED.
7. Car Rental is NOT INCLUDED.
8. Pets may be Permitted - Please Enquire.
9. Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITTED inside the home or garage.
10. Parking or storage of Boats, Motor Homes, Trailers, Campers, Recreational Vehicles are STRICTLY PROHIBITTED on the property.
