The patio doors open to the private pool/spa enclosed in a screened lanai perfect for sun tanning with a removable security fence for child protection. The pool area has seating for 10.
Four bedrooms offer a king size master, queen size master, guest room with twin beds, children's room with bunk beds. The two master bedrooms (King & Queen Beds) both have full ensuite bathrooms.
The home has Cable TV, WIFI Internet, and long distance to the USA/Canada. A double garage houses a washing machine/dryer, and games room (billiards, air hockey, ping pong table).
