Rates
1. RESERVATION DEPOSIT: A $400 deposit plus tax for each 7 nt or part nt stay. Please ask for deposits for long term & holiday bookings.
2. DAMAGE DEPOSIT: A $300 refundable damage deposit is due 12 weeks before reservation. This deposit is refundable 10 days after stay where no damage identified by our management company review. Additional deposit required for pets ($150).
3. ADDITIONAL CHARGES: Additional charges will be due for Pet Damage and each infraction of the Smoking, and/or Parking Prohibitions disclosed under the Terms & Conditions above. These matters are monitored closely by our management company.

1. Rates are available for Daily or Weekly (7 Night) Stays. Rental Arrive Sat at 4PM, Depart following Sat by 10AM.
2. Pricing is for a stay arriving on a Saturday and departing on Wed-Sat. Additional charges may apply for non-Saturday arrivals.
3. 7 Night Rental include Cleaning Charge, Internet, and Pool Heat.
4. For stays less than 7 Nights: (A) a $99 Flat Fee cleaning charge applies, (B) Pool Heat can be added for $35 per night, (C) Internet can be added for $10 per night.
5. Meals are NOT INCLUDED.
6. Tickets to any attractions are NOT INCLUDED.
7. Car Rental is NOT INCLUDED.
8. Pets may be Permitted - Please ask about our pet policy.
9. Smoking is STRICTLY PROHIBITTED inside the home or garage.
10. Parking or storage of Boats, Motor Homes, Trailers, Campers, Recreational Vehicles are STRICTLY PROHIBITTED on the property.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATIONS

2. Full payment, net of reservation deposit, is due 12 weeks prior to stay.
3. Cancellation up to twelve (12) weeks prior to arival date , no refund of deposit. Cancellation within twelve (12) weeks of of arrival date, no refund of balance paid. Payments can be carried forward 1 Yr and applied to a stay within 1 Yr of cancellation.
4. Following full payment, check-in and check-out insturctions are provided.
